Change and Training Specialist – IAG Join to apply for the Change and Training Specialist role at IAG . Have meaningful impact as a Change and Training Specialist. The Digital Workplace and People Enablement team seeks an experienced Learning and Change Management professional to drive adoption and deliver insight‑led actions that result in better workplace experiences. This role is part of a team that helps employees understand how to best use our workplace and its technologies to achieve business outcomes. It includes ensuring employees have a strong awareness and understanding of our physical and digital workplace, and how they can support them to be more effective in their role. Responsibilities Manage change for projects and initiatives across the physical and digital workplace experience, including change planning, design and implementation. Support the execution of adoption strategies to help the People Enablement team increase technology adoption, workplace and employee experience and deliver business value realisation. Develop and facilitate training and education campaigns on our offices, our tools and technology and use cases of them to enhance employees’ ways of working and the workplace experience. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in a change management or learning role, ideally focussed on Microsoft products (AI and Automation an advantage). Experience in designing and facilitating training sessions and content. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences. Previous exposure to workplace technology domain including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Office, Teams, Copilot) (preferred, not mandatory). Experience in Human‑Centred Design/Experience design (Persona, User Journey mapping) (preferred, not mandatory). Benefits Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.
