At Baygrove Designer Homes, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team creating high-quality, sustainable homes loved by clients and the community. The Role As our Draftsperson – Autodesk Revit, you’ll play a key role in transforming design concepts into detailed plans that guide the construction of beautifully crafted homes. Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections and 3D models using Revit Working closely with the design team to translate client ideas into practical, buildable solutions Ensuring all documentation meets building codes, regulations and industry standards Coordinating with consultants and authorities to support approval processes Assisting with tender and construction documentation What You Bring 3+ years’ experience as a Draftsperson, ideally in residential design Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other CAD/BIM tools Solid understanding of residential building codes and regulations Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Building Design or similar (highly valued) What We Offer On Site at our Designer HQ Office A supportive, inclusive team culture Health and wellbeing initiatives The chance to live and work in one of NSW’s most desirable coastal locations Ready for a true sea change and a career you can be proud of?Apply now and become part of a dynamic team building beautiful, sustainable homes for families across the Mid North Coast #J-18808-Ljbffr
