As the Manager Residential Care, you will provide visionary leadership, drive high‑level organisational outcomes, and shape a culture centred on excellence, innovation, and resident wellbeing. In this senior leadership position, you will champion operational efficiency, strengthen governance frameworks, and ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives, optimise staffing capability, and ensure the home consistently meets evolving aged care reforms and accreditation requirements. Provide strategic direction across clinical, operational, and service delivery domains Lead a high‑performing multidisciplinary team and build a culture of accountability and engagement Strengthen governance, compliance, risk management, and quality systems Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned to organisational strategy Grow strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners Oversee financial performance, workforce planning, and resource optimisation About You Extensive leadership experience in aged care or complex care environments AHPRA Registered Nurse.
