Reporting to the Co‑founders, this role is accountable for increasing brand awareness and the end‑to‑end management of marketing planning, including digital and social media management, lead generation and event management. This is an opportunity to drive the growth of a leading brand with bold ambitions. Key responsibilities include : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation within the property industry. Manage organic and paid social media channels, crafting compelling content and engaging posts that resonate with your target audience. Design, implement, and optimise email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and increase conversions. Oversee and coordinate property‑related events, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful execution. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices, continuously suggesting innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. About you A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on social media and campaign management. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A passion for property and experience in the property or real estate industry. Proven ability to create and manage engaging campaigns and sales funnels. Strong content writing and copywriting skills with an eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines. Event management experience, including planning, execution, and post‑event analysis. Demonstrated expertise in managing organic and paid social media campaigns across various platforms. Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. You’re also hungry for growth.
