Senior Safety Advisor -High-Rise Projects | Brisbane We're seeking an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join a leading construction team delivering major high-rise developments across Brisbane.As part of a site-based leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving a proactive safety culture across complex structures and ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee WHS management on a high-rise construction project Conduct and document inspections, audits, and risk assessments Support and coach Site Managers and Supervisors on best-practice safety procedures Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement Maintain compliance with company HSE systems and statutory obligations About You Minimum 5 years' experience as a Safety Advisor in commercial construction Strong understanding of high-rise, structure, and fit-out stages (preferred) Certificate IV in WHS (minimum), Diploma highly regarded Proven communication and leadership skills with a hands‑on approach Ability to influence safety outcomes and foster a positive site culture What's On Offer Long-term, landmark projects across South East Queensland A strong, supportive site and leadership team Competitive salary package and ongoing career development opportunities If you're passionate about safety and want to be part of projects that shape Brisbane's skyline, we'd love to hear from you.For a confidential discussion, contact Steve on *** or apply online. #J-18808-Ljbffr
