This permanent role is central to Pacific Blue’s Retail function, providing analytical insight and data visualization support to drive commercial and operational performance. Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations, it is responsible for developing data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that translate complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities: Act as the primary data and visualization interface across the Retail function. Analyze data relevant to Retail operations and develop visual reports that support commercial decision-making. Build and maintain data models to meet business needs. Partner with the Strategy & Solutions team to recommend, implement, and manage reporting tools as the ongoing business owner. Generate insights from data to inform Retail (and broader Pacific Blue) performance, including sales, marketing, operational performance, technology and digital data, budgeting, and strategic planning. Develop and maintain tools and visual reporting to optimize decision-making and overall business performance. Ensure compliance with the Company’s obligations, with particular focus on data protection, cyber security, and responsibilities outlined in the Register of Compliance Obligations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in data analysis, visualization, and reporting within the energy sector or a related industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
