Our export accredited food production facilities and world’s best practice in quality and process enable us to produce unique, wide ranging and highly sought after products available to markets across Australia and internationally. About the Role We’re currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Night Shift Fitter to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. This role is based at our manufacturing plant in Glynde, where you’ll report to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate closely with our manufacturing teams. Responsibilities Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubricating, adjusting, and calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular checks on machinery, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues before they cause downtime. Perform basic welding skills (TIG or Arc) for minor repairs and fabrication tasks. Record keeping and documentation. Ensure safety and compliance. About You As a Maintenance Night Shift Fitter, you take pride in your strong time‑management skills and your ability to efficiently handle a variety of mechanical tasks, including preventative and corrective maintenance, excellent fault‑finding abilities, and a commitment to safety, compliance and accurate record keeping. Qualifications Qualified Maintenance Fitter. Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG). Excellent communication and time‑management skills. Scissor lift and forklift licence would be an advantage. Adaptable with the ability to work in a close‑knit team and autonomously as required. Committed to night shift (approx. 11pm to 7am – shift loading applicable). Ability to work extra hours and weekend work (overtime penalties applicable).
