Overview We are seeking a Client Services Associate, Wealth Management to join our team in the Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering superior service to our clients. Responsibilities Assist the Financial Planners/Advisers in the preparation and implementation of financial advice and investment proposals in an efficient and accurate manner. Prepare Excel spreadsheets for portfolio analysis. Provide superior client service that builds strong client relationships by responding quickly and appropriately to client requests. Manage the overall client relationship and communication process, ensuring regular contact and a professional, personalised service. Provide efficient and broad administration support to the Investment/Financial Advisory team. Initiate the new client process by arranging for the necessary paperwork to be sent to clients and ensuring the appropriate supporting documents are gathered. Maintain ongoing client reviews in accordance with relevant compliance criteria. Collaborate closely with internal teams including Equity Operations, IMS and Compliance to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications At least two years’ experience in a client support or customer-facing role. High level of attention to detail. A professional, approachable, and client-focused mindset. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Commitment towards delivering exceptional outcomes.
