About the Role We are looking for compassionate NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in Banora Point, Tweed Heads, surrounding areas, and the Southern Gold Coast. You will be supporting participants in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals, develop life skills, and maintain independence. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and daily living support Assist with community access and social participation Support with household tasks, meal preparation, and transport Implement participant care plans in line with NDIS goals Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports About You Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable to participants' needs Understands our company values and consciously upholds them Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Working with Children Check (NSW & QLD or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Driver's licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Experience in disability support, aged care, or community services Must have Australian work rights Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Individual Support Mental Health First Aid or relevant experience Lived and/or professional experience in disability What We Offer Competitive hourly rates – above the SCHADS Award Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle Supportive management and ongoing professional development A great team culture The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community Locations Gold Coast and surrounding areas Be careful – Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
