The primary objective of this role is to deliver asset care and planning for safe, reliable and best cost outcomes for Boral’s 30 concrete sites in South East QLD. This role is to ensure that maintenance systems, processes and procedures are implemented, maintained and continuously improved on to ensure the availability and reliability of plant and equipment to meet forecast production volume requirements.Your day will involve:Planning and execution of inspection and maintenance work to support reliable delivery to our customers, via the maintenance team and external contractorsOngoing improvement in plant availability and efficiency of spend, in conjunction with the Operations teamPlanning and control of capital works rolling on a 5 year basisManagement of staff and key stakeholders in the delivery of maintenance and capital projectsWhat are we looking for?Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and planning (or similar) and people management with exposure to a multi-site, heavy/industrial business.Proficiency with maintenance management systems, ideally Maximo, including annual maintenance plan development/budgeting, trend analysis and improvement planningMaintenance and spare parts Vendor managementAbility to influence a variety of stakeholdersWhat’s on offer?Attractive salary package reflective of your skills and experienceOngoing mentoring and guidance from industry leaders and subject matter expertsAccess to a variety of support networks including Boral Employee Assistance ProgramAccess to SkillBuild, an online Learning & Development platform where you can access training resources for your personal and professional growth.Work for a values-based business that shares goals and celebrates individual and team success.About Boral ConcreteAt Boral Concrete, we have more than 200 operational sites across Australia.
