Chef – Shenley Manor Regis Aged Care invites you to contribute to a caring environment where residents experience genuine nutrition and joy. Work Schedule Part‑time: 2 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (total 3 shifts a week). Key Responsibilities Support the Chef Manager with kitchen compliance, food safety, WHS and quality standards. Manage stock control and ordering. Oversee resident dietary management. Control kitchen and food cost. Produce and deliver high‑quality meals. Deliver service excellence in all aspects of the dining experience. Maintain a strong front‑of‑house presence, communicating with residents and families. Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operation. What You Bring Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. Current enrolment in a cooking course is an advantage. Preference for aged care experience, not essential. Understanding of special dietary needs. Strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
