Finance Manager – Renewable Energy Assets & Corporate Accounting Quintas Energy is a global renewable energy specialist managing solar, wind and battery projects across Australia. We are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to oversee both client accounting for renewable energy assets and the corporate finance operations of our growing Australian business. This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong governance, supporting project finance structures, and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. Quintas Energy Australia – Brisbane Key Responsibilities Lead financial accounting for client renewable energy assets, including monthly and quarterly reporting, cashflow, variance analysis, AP/AR, and reconciliations. Oversee Project Finance obligations including lender reporting, covenants, drawdowns, and debt service schedules. Manage Company Secretarial functions for client SPVs (ASIC compliance, resolutions, statutory registers). Deliver internal finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, BAS, tax compliance, and management accounts. Maintain strong financial controls, support external audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. Work closely with the Country Manager, Head of Asset Management, Development team, and Advisory team to support financial performance and strategic decision-making. Provide commercial insights to support investment decisions and business growth initiatives. About You Degree in Accounting/Finance; CA or CPA preferred. 5+ years’ financial management experience, ideally in energy, infrastructure or multi-entity environments. Strong technical accounting capability and governance experience. Proven people management skills, with experience supervising or developing finance staff. Client management experience is desirable, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality service. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
