Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Disability Support Workers to join two distinct support teams. Both opportunities sit within established, supportive care teams with strong clinical oversight and 24/7 RN support. CURRENT VACANCIES 1. FEMALE-ONLY SUPPORT TEAM (Warner) Genuine Occupational RequirementThis position requires female staff only, as permitted under the Anti-Discrimination Act, to meet the personal care and privacy needs of a mature male participant. About This Team: Based in Warner Supporting a mature male with daily living, personal care, routines and gentle community access Calm, respectful, reliable workers needed Consistent roster with opportunities for additional hours This role is perfect for someone who is patient, professional and comfortable working 1:1 in a stable, long-term support environment. A great fit for confident, support workers who enjoy meaningful conversation and active support. About This Team: Supporting two males in their mid-20s Ideal for support workers who enjoy games, activities, walks, cooking, community outings Mix of 2:2 supports during the day, individual supports, and active nights available Suited to male support workers due to client preference and compatibility requirements This is a dynamic and engaging role for someone who loves being active and building rapport. What You’ll Need Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or similar OR relevant hands‑on experience We also welcome students currently completing their Certificate III who require placement hours or wish to build practical experience Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card Current First Aid & CPR A valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle Strong communication skills, professionalism and genuine compassion Ready to Make a Real Impact?
