The Marketing Associate AWM role is dedicated to managing digital marketing assets, systems, and execution so Product Managers can redirect their time toward campaign strategy, customer engagement, and competitive growth. You’ll be the engine room that ensures fast, compliant, and consistent delivery of marketing materials—directly influencing sell-through, account activation, and brand preference. What will you be doing? Manage and maintain digital content across SKUvantage, Orbis, Allego, Salesforce and Brandspace. Oversee SKUvantage content for all community and pharmacy SKUs to drive digital discoverability and online sell-through Ensure Brandspace/Orbis submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time Prepare, update and manage marketing assets for AWM customers Support Product Managers in delivering channel-ready content for campaigns and product launches Coordinate Allego content curation to enable consistent sales messaging across ANZ Prepare marketing kits and activation materials for wholesaler onboarding Streamline asset packs to shorten revenue ramp-up and maximise distribution breadth Support Marketing Manager in developing and maintaining activity calendar in collaboration with product managers What will you need to be successful? Experience in marketing, eCommerce, digital content management, or related fields Strong organisational skills with a bias for accuracy and consistency Ability to manage multiple platforms and systems Tech-confident—comfortable learning new digital tools quickly Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
