Asset Management & Facilities Professionals We are seeking experienced Asset and Facilities professionals to support a variety of Community Services organisations in Victoria that are committed to delivering essential programmes and services. About The Opportunity You will play a key role in ensuring the organisation’s property portfolio is safe, compliant and fit for purpose. Your work will directly support frontline service teams by ensuring facilities are well‑maintained, risks are minimised and assets are managed proactively. Key Responsibilities Conduct asset audits and condition assessments across multiple sites Prepare detailed condition reports and maintenance recommendations Support planned and reactive maintenance programs Ensure properties meet compliance, safety and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate asset data and contribute to asset lifecycle planning Liaise with contractors, service providers and internal stakeholders Support broader facilities and asset management functions as required About You You will thrive in a purpose‑driven environment and enjoy a mix of site‑based and office‑based work. You’re detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities with a community‑focused lens.
