QLD | Service & Project Coordinator (Marine) (Full time) The Yacht Sales Co. are seeking a full‑time, permanent Service & Project Coordinator (Marine) to join our friendly, supportive team based at our Gold Coast Sales Centre at The Boat Works in Coomera, Queensland. Location: Gold Coast, Australia Role: Service & Project Coordinator (Marine) What You’ll Do: Coordinate, schedule, and oversee after‑sales and service works across new and pre‑owned power and sailing vessels, generally ranging in LOA 12–20 meters. The role ensures service works are scoped accurately, executed safely and on time, with clear communication to our boat owners with meticulous CRM record‑keeping. Key Responsibilities: Engage with industry trade and supply chains to deliver a seamless client experience. Schedule and manage works with relevant trades and suppliers. Conduct regular site checks to capture progress updates and photos. Meet with clients and trades to scope works and align expectations. Maintain accurate CRM and other records. Proactively keep customers informed on milestones. Work with our sales team to scope out potential service offerings for their clients. Maintain meticulous administration as a profit center for the business. Skills & Experience: Strong organization and planning. Attention to detail. Practical understanding of boats and onboard systems (training provided). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competent with email, MS Office, and CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus). Problem solving and self‑confidence. Positive demeanor and ability to work with our team. Pride in workplace presentation. Qualifications & Requirements: Full, clean Australian driver licence (or equivalent). Reliable motor vehicle. Boat licence. Right to work in Australia. When: Position available for immediate start.
