The key responsibility of the DHM is to ensure the Port’s daily marine activities occur in a safe and efficient manner, following established procedures and standards. Additionally, the DHM will gain an in-depth understanding of VTSC operations. Professional Experience & Skills Previous experience in marine emergency preparedness and response will contribute to success in this role. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication, and the ability to build support, agreement, and commitment are essential.
