Senior Civil Designer

We have an opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. Reporting to the Design Lead, you will work on projects delivering civil design solutions within Brisbane and surrounds. The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers. Our approach to community development consulting covers master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, recreation facilities, and streetscapes. We activate urban downtowns, suburban centers, small towns, and rural areas—and the multimodal corridors that connect us to the places we work, live, and thrive. The role Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure) Interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping Interact with clients regarding project needs About you Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in land, urban and subdivisions Relevant qualifications Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements A commitment to self-improvement and continuing professional development What we offer Along with a competitive salary we offer many other benefits to ensure your professional development & wellbeing is ongoing.
