Are you passionate about the education and disability support sector? Are you looking to gain valuable experience? Are you looking to work some extra hours across the holidays? The Role Join in on the excursions, incursions, and in‑house days. Flexible hours throughout the school holiday program. Earn up to $45 per hour and work up to 38 hours per week. Work as part of a team that is passionate and collaborates toward shared outcomes. Receive detailed induction training and ongoing support. Consider returning for future school holidays. What You’ll Bring Deliver truly remarkable and inclusive experiences for children, families, and staff. Be the face of TheirCare in the wider community. Have previous experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector. Show high attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and quality. Be open, caring, and engaged with the team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever. What You’ll Need Passion for delivering fun and exciting programs. Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training). Employee Working with Children Check valid in Victoria.
