We’re currently seeking an NV1-cleared SAP Technical Support Officer/SAP System Analyst to join on a part‑time contract (4 hours/day) in Canberra for a federal Department . This role will support FHS users in a highly customised SAP environment — ideal for someone with deep technical understanding and a strong service mindset. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist support and issue resolution for SAP users Manage and document user acceptance testing (UAT) Train FHS staff on recurring SAP issues and updates Assist with ongoing project work and system enhancements Required Skills (SFIA‑aligned) Ability to plan, manage, and monitor budgets and financial performance of IT systems or projects – Level 6 Expertise in designing IT systems — both functional and technical architecture – Level 6 Advanced skill in planning, managing, and assuring the quality of system testing – Level 6 Skills in managing service incidents and identifying root causes – Level 4 Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management – Level 6 If you hold NV1 clearance and are open to a flexible, part‑time Canberra‑based opportunity , we’d love to hear from you.
