Benefits Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply) Permanent Full Time Position Ref No: 25-121 Responsibilities & Qualifications Would you like the opportunity to lead a team of staff who provide a high level of customer service in a regulatory environment? As a Team Leader you would oversee and lead a team of Field Officers who are responsible for the provision of local law management and compliance with regards to animal handling and management, parking, litter, verge control, fire breaks and much more. Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria: High level leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate employees. High level problem solving, conflict resolution and influencing skills, to effectively liaise and negotiate with internal and external parties. Sound knowledge of and ability to apply acts, regulations, local laws, policies and protocols. Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of customer responsive services in a regulatory environment. Sound knowledge of contemporary people management and occupational safety and health principles and practices. Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and oversee the implementation of opportunities for ongoing community education and engagement to address community concerns.
