Join us in helping make an impact Responsibilities Taking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans. Designing and implementing intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity. Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programmes that support people to achieve maximal work participation. Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals. Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. Qualifications Registration as an Occupational Therapist. Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways. Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey. Commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers. Willingness to work in the community (must have a driver's licence and access to own vehicle).
