Core Talent are working with several leading electrical contractors who are on the hunt for experienced Service Electricians to join their team on a permanent basis. Sectors: Industrial & Commercial ProjectsLocation: Brisbane and surrounding suburbsRate: $55-$60phPerks: Company vehicle, Fuel Card, Bonuses and fantastic career progression. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical issues: Identify faults in wiring, circuits, outlets, lighting, breakers, panels, and equipment. Perform maintenance: Inspect systems, replace worn components, and ensure compliance with electrical codes. Install electrical components: Fixtures, switches, outlets, panels, lighting systems, and small equipment. Read and interpret technical documents: Blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders. Ensure safety & compliance: Follow national/local electrical codes and adhere to safety standards. Customer interaction: Communicate findings, explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and offer preventative solutions. Emergency service: Respond to urgent calls for power outages, equipment failures, or safety hazards. Document work: Complete service reports, update job logs, and record material usage.
