About the role:Our Restaurant Team Leaders provide effective supervision and support to a small team to carry out day-to-day operations.
Team Leaders assist to maintain a high-quality standard to achieve business outcomes and to provide excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business in the restaurant.
This role will focus on providing specific coaching, sometimes on a one-to-one basis, enabling employees with a disability to develop skills that meet key performance outcomes for the hospitality and retail business services.
