Project Lead – drive complex government transformation Location: Australia Engagement: Permanent The Role You’ll lead delivery across high-stakes work where business and technology meet. The firm supports major Federal and State Government programs, shaping strategy, modernising technology environments, and delivering real change. Your job is to bring structure, lead the team, and anchor delivery in integrated service offerings. What You’ll Do Structure scope, workstreams, and delivery approach across technology, data, and business transformation programs Translate complex problems into clear, actionable plans aligned to the firm’s strategy, architecture, transformation, and business operations services Lead multidisciplinary teams, set expectations, manage workloads, and mentor analysts, consultants, and architects Tailor delivery methodologies to client environments without adding unnecessary overhead Own day-to-day direction: planning, risk, governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting Work directly with senior client leaders to drive decisions and remove ambiguity Ensure delivery aligns with client goals and internal ways of working across user‑centred design, data governance, operating model design, and modernisation pathways Produce high-quality outputs: business cases, delivery frameworks, process designs, investment strategy, architecture artefacts, and mobilisation plans What We’re Looking For Proven ability to structure and lead projects end‑to‑end Strong capability in defining scope, sequencing work, and establishing delivery frameworks Experience leading teams on complex transformation programs, ideally in government or regulated settings Ability to translate service offerings into practical, client‑specific approaches across strategy, architecture, data, process design, operating models, and mobilisation Confident working with senior stakeholders and navigating high‑ambiguity environments Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and practical outcomes Apply Send your CV to quoting “Project Lead – Consulting”. #J-18808-Ljbffr
