Heres your chance to step into a role thats brand new and ready for you to make your mark Were looking for a Procurement Systems & Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in ensuring data integrity supporting procurement processes and driving efficiencies across our supply chain. What youll do : Maintain and manage SAP contract pricing and condition records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support Tasmanian Freight Equalisation Scheme (TFES) claims including processing documentation and compliance reviews. Partner with stakeholders across Procurement Finance and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Support procurement activities by analysing root causes of pricing or process variances and identifying opportunities for improvement. Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy. What were looking for : Strong SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience ideally with pricing vendor and contract maintenance. Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and support cross‑functional teams. Procurement experience with a solid understanding of supplier contracts invoices and cost allocation. Demonstrated process improvement capability you can spot inefficiencies and make systems work better. Root cause analysis skills you know how to dig into data and resolve systemic issues.
