About the role As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you'll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You’ll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a hands‑on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary commencing from $76,550 + superannuation – negotiable depending on experience. Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols. Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship. A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills. Hold current C Class Drivers Licence. Ability to successfully complete a pre‑employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check. Why join RACQ?
