Overview Join to apply for the OSHC After School Care Educator - Carnegie role at TeamKids . We are looking for energetic and passionate Educators on a permanent part-time basis to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) team in Carnegie. Role type and hours: You will be guaranteed a minimum of 10 hours per week on a regular, permanent basis. After School Care hours are 3:15pm to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care Assist in the planning and preparation of exciting and innovative activities that enrich the lives of the children in our care Cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment Play and have fun with primary school aged children Prepare nutritious food and maintain a clean environment Qualifications & Requirements Ideally has previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is not essential; we can help you grow your skills Passionate about working with children and helping them thrive Is involved, fun, a team player and ready to jump in Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues You’ll Need (or be willing to get):Working with Children Check relevant to your state (WWCC, WWVP, Blue card, VIT) Cert III or Diploma in an ACECQA approved course (or be working towards it) Benefits & Development Development opportunities including Director Of Service Job Ready training to grow in your career Flexibility for students – have the middle of the day free to study Discounted care for your own children Equality, Safety & Recruitment TeamKids prioritises the safety and well-being of children.
