Technicians/Draftspersons,
providing resource and technical leadership for Electrical Engineering projects and AWS programs. Collaborating closely with the Head of Discipline - Electrical Engineering, your role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in engineering activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff, ensuring work aligns with business priorities and professional development pathways.Provide discipline leadership within AWS, offering leadership and guidance to bids, projects, in-service capabilities and engineering plans.Hold Level 2 Engineering Authority in the field of Electrical Engineering, undertake engineering reviews and approvals.Coordinate the many requirements on time across a number of concurrent ongoing projects and bid work.Engage with various internal and external stakeholders and estimate project costs, schedules, and resources during competitive Tender/Bid.Skills, Qualifications & Experience:Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering &/or Masters qualification.
