What you’ll do Keep the clinic running smoothly with fast, accurate clerical support Manage health records and data in line with Defence policies whilst maintaining privacy Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal/external health service What you bring Minimum of 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role. Completion of a medical terminology course from a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or willingness to complete Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Sound computer literacy and experience with electronic health record systems highly regarded.
