Overview Are you a GP looking for a change of environment? Interested in ongoing fly-in-fly-out work? We are currently working with an aged care provider that is actively seeking a General Practitioner to fly into Dubbo, NSW, and consult with elderly residents. Due to rural aged care nursing home residents being heavily overlooked in the market, if you are a doctor looking to make a real difference in the community by supporting vulnerable patients, this could be an ideal opportunity for you. With a $2,000 daily rate and telehealth consultations available during off weeks, this role could be the perfect fit for a doctor seeking work‑life balance. Role Highlights On‑site 4–5 days per week, once a month $2,000 per day guaranteed + Flights + Accommodation + Car Telehealth available during off weeks (up to 3 weeks per month) Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Full‑time nurse provided during rounds Flexible start date Part‑time availability negotiable Responsibilities Provide on‑site general practice services to elderly residents in a rural aged care facility. Conduct telehealth consultations with residents during off weeks. Work collaboratively with nursing staff to support vulnerable patients.
