About the role This ERP Specialist role is an exciting role for an experienced candidate who has Finance experience and can deliver ERP training and support to retail stakeholders. A great team of motivated and passionate people to work with An exclusive market‑leading product range to proudly represent Generous staff discounts across our brand Key responsibilities Act as a finance SME for the business to ensure that Snooze is getting maximum value from the Pronto ERP system. Drive the adoption and use of the Pronto ERP system within the Snooze environment. Work with stakeholders across the business to translate business needs into technical solutions. Demonstrate a customer‑focus in all behaviours which may include handling challenging and complex customer service enquiries. Serve as the escalation point from the Systems and Support Manager where required for technology related issues and/or requests relating to the Pronto ERP system. Act as overflow/backup to Systems and Support Manager to support day‑to‑day business support requirements. Act as a Finance SME for the Pronto upgrade ERP project, ensuring that all requirements are delivered. Provide expertise to the project team to ensure that all elements of the project plan are realistic and achievable. Assist the project team with training plans and rollout plans as required. Facilitate and work with the Snooze training team to “Train the Trainer” and ensure that knowledge is transferred effectively. Work with the Snooze project team to ensure that all elements of the Snooze ERP are documented as part of any upgrade or development. Assist in testing activities as required to ensure that the system works end‑to‑end, integrates with other systems successfully, and data is consistent. About you Tertiary qualifications in Technology, Business and/or Finance or Accounting. Experience in Pronto ERP is critical, preferably with a strong Finance background. Top flight training and communication skills. Attention to detail and compliance in all their work.
