Occupational Therapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program role at Lifecare Australia . Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes and we are seeking Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our Homecare team. You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders. With on-the-job feedback, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule without being bound to an office. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers compensation and veterans' affairs. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and provide interventions to patients and clients in their own home. Engage with other Allied Health Professionals, GP’s and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care. Write reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports, and treatment management plans that meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers. Create and maintain effective relationships with Case Managers, GP’s, community centres and other referrers. Benefits A supportive and collaborative team culture. Qualifications Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy. Be eligible for AHPRA membership upon graduating. Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025. Agree to a pre‑employment national criminal check, prior to employment. Have full Australian working rights. Hold a full driver’s license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance.
