Your role as a Bay City Auto's Service Advisor, will be to act as the channel between our Customers and our Service department. Each day will bring challenges and successes. The role will be what you make of it. This is your perfect opportunity to apply yourself to a full-time role, on the beautiful Fraser Coast. Key Responsibilities of the Role Actively listening to our Customers - gathering and providing clear information for the Technicians Quoting Customers on vehicle services and repairs Proactively communicate to Customers and not, "wait until they call" Upselling beneficial products and services based on the Customer's needs Daily administration tasks including processing repair orders, invoices, payments and actioning warranty claims Nurture our existing, loyal Customer base and develop new Customer relationships through an "Industry Best' Customer experience About You Previous experience as a Service Advisor beneficial Reliable and committed to a full-time position Available 0730am - 1730pm, Monday to Friday Administration experience and excellent computer skills Comfortable with the uncomfortable conversations Understanding of targets, KPIs and industry measures Know how to connect with people and appreciates what a, “Quality Customer Service Experience” truly means Pride in presentation Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Solution focused with excellent time management skills Follow a proactive, not reactive approach Organised with the ability to multi-task A problem solver who is able to prioritise Dealership experience will be highly regarded DMS experience beneficial The Benefits Payroll processed weekly Progression: WEEKLY commissions paid on additional product and service sales Progression: MONTHLY CSI bonuses paid on achieving set targets We offer modern facilities, and a highly experienced management team to support you in your career.
