Obtain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR Complete off-the-job TAFE / Registered Training Organisation study. Receive structured on-the-job training under the supervision of our Regional Capability Trainers, as well as qualified technicians and supervisors in your workshop. Gain experience working on a range of our world-class Cummins engine products. Improve your technical expertise by completing a range of engine product training with Cummins Technical Trainers as you progress through your apprenticeship. You will work under the supervision of a qualified Cummins Technician and learn everything that comes with the diagnosis and repair of Cummins engines and products. Qualifications & Attributes A positive attitude and eagerness to learn. A passion for working with our products and in the industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Excellent level of language, literacy and numeracy skills. A willingness to work across regional areas and rotate through different departments to gain experience on automotive, industrial, marine and mining engine products. Right to work in Australia. Preference for completed Year 12 or equivalent. A strong focus on safety and wellbeing that will lead to a successful career at Cummins.
