Role Description You will be integral to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of electronic security systems. You’ll work across commercial and non‑profit sites, helping protect people, property, assets, and information. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and instructions Install, test, repair, and maintain electronic security systems: intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, intercoms Assist with programming, configuration, and commissioning of security devices and control systems Accurately record testing, maintenance, and system settings Source and manage required materials and tools Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices Provide professional, courteous service to clients Qualifications NSW Class 2C Security Licence (Security Equipment Specialist) Open Registration Cabling Licence NSW White Card (General Construction Induction Training) Current NSW Driver’s Licence Experience with security systems installation/maintenance; IP‑based systems essential Experience with Challenger Plus, Inner Range Integriti/Inception, Hikvision, NX‑Witness, or Avigilon highly desirable Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and methodical working approach Physically fit to perform field work, including lifting and ladder use Additional Requirements Willingness to participate in on‑call roster Travel to multiple sites as required Commitment to ongoing professional development Why Join Us Company vehicle, Phone, Laptop and Uniform Work for a supportive, family‑owned business with a culture of care, encouragement and growth No short cuts – Good quality, professional work Be valued as part of a team that looks out for each other Exposure to a wide variety of security systems and technologies Opportunities for ongoing training and career growth Flexible and inclusive work environment Apply Now Email your CV and cover letter to: Only applicants who have a current right to work in Australia will be considered.
