Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, client‑focused Special Counsel / Senior Associate with a passion for Personal Injuries to join our Maroochydore team. The role involves managing a complex, high quantum claim file load, providing ad‑hoc strategic advice to lawyers across the practice, and driving client outcomes while maintaining strong evidence‑based decision making and analytical skills. Responsibilities Manage a complex file load consisting of high quantum claims. Provide ad‑hoc strategic advice to lawyers across the practice. Demonstrate strong decision‑making and analytical skills. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Execute proactive file management and business development activities. Qualifications Experience within Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability and Compulsory Third‑Party claims. Experience with the National Injury Insurance Scheme is preferable. Unrestricted Practicing Certificate is desirable. Demonstrated litigation experience. Demonstrated capacity in executing business development. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high‑level client service. Demonstrated proactive approach to file management. Experience working in a high‑volume work environment.
