1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants This full-time Commercial Sales Support & Administration Assistant role at Fanuli' offers the chance to work for a leading furniture and homewares retailer based in Cremorne, NSW. Reporting to the Sales Management team, you will play a key administrative and client support function, ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial sales division. What you’ll be doing Providing end-to-end administrative support to the commercial sales team, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of client meetings and site visits Liaising with the Operations team to facilitate the delivery and installation of commercial orders Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product range and inventory levels Supporting the team with other ad‑hoc administrative duties as needed What we’re looking for 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar client‑facing sales support or administration role, preferably within the retail or commercial furniture industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint A proactive, customer‑focused approach and a genuine interest in the furniture and homewares industry The position is either a full‑time/part‑time role; Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15pm What we offer At Fanuli', we pride ourselves on providing a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment.
