Your responsibilities involve providing essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare’s values, under the supervision of an RN. Your Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, toileting and grooming Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and documenting records Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents’ vital signs, symptoms and changes in health Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting changes to the supervising RN or team, including on eCase Skills & Experience Current AHPRA registration Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards Adaptable, passionate and willing to learn Collaborative and skilled at teamwork Friendly and effective communication abilities Ready to Apply Our people and culture set us apart.
