Role overview The BG&E Civil Engineering team is well established with a reputation as an industry leader with our diverse client base for providing innovative design solutions in complex brownfield environments. Our projects include everything from upgrades to existing facilities to complete new builds with construction values in excess of $100M. We are proud of our project portfolio which continues to include some of the most significant civil infrastructure projects in WA. We are now looking for a Senior Associate to join our established team and assist across a range of projects across the project life cycle from planning, detailed design, construction support to asset management. This role will provide you with an opportunity to continue the development of your career across a range of projects including urban redevelopment, highways and rail and to be part of a strong leadership team. Work with Perth's leading civil engineering practitioners Manage and contribute to the design of projects that leave a significant legacy for our community Guide graduates and engineers in their career journey Oversee project management activities About You You will work on a broad range of projects for urban redevelopment, highways and rail, delivering innovative and technical advice and designs, mentoring engineers, and acting as a key contact for clients. As a Senior Associate / Civil Design Manager and a Chartered Engineer, you will have: Bachelor of Engineering degree. Minimum of 12 to 15 years’ experience in civil engineering across roads and highways projects. Demonstrated experience in designing to Main Roads Western Australia design standards. The ability to lead and mentor graduates and engineers and contribute to their career development. Demonstrated ability to manage large projects and/or oversee a portfolio of smaller projects take the lead in developing new business opportunities.
