How your ideas will contribute to shaping what's next As the Senior Proposals Consultant you will join our winning work team in Perth where you will have the opportunity to establish yourself as a strategic resource across the business. You will support the pursuit and engagement phase primarily across the Western Australian and Northern Territory region, proactively engaging in major/strategic opportunities, partnering with the Bid team, consulting and providing advice to shape and deliver winning proposal submissions. Roles and responsibilities (not exhaustive) Providing end-to-end bid/proposal management in collaboration with subject matter experts to achieve on‑time, high‑quality bid submissions. Collaborating on bid submissions across various industries and disciplines. Producing bid‑specific/tailored responses for our clients. Compiling, maintaining and updating content across our knowledge libraries. What we are looking for from you As a Senior Proposals Consultant you will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and be confident interacting at all levels across the business. You will drive bid teams to develop winning solutions and manage multiple competing priorities to meet time‑sensitive deadlines. You will also bring strong bid and pursuit experience including proposal writing and bid management/coordination; be confident in persuasive writing, editing technical content, proofreading, and have very strong attention to detail. A can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, and passion to coach and guide others in the pursuit process are essential. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of direct bid‑related experience and possess the following: A relevant qualification in communications/marketing or business‑related fields. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to all areas of the business. Strong project management skills. Strong document management skills. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and PowerPoint) including template creation, styles, layout and formatting. Experience working on shared platforms on opportunities throughout Australia. Ability to communicate effectively and forge relationships with people across all levels of an organisation and across all our locations. Experience working for a professional consultancy will be highly regarded. APMP Foundation (or higher) certification preferred. Ready to bring ideas to life? Then please apply.
