Explore more on Cubic.com.# **Job Details:**The Assistant Simulation Operator can be employed into two categories within the EXCON / SIMCON team. Ops Administrators (in the Event Support and Administration team) plan synthetic training events. This includes scenario design, database management and general administration of the training event schedule and resource inputs. Ops Administrators liaise closely with Cubic’s Technical Integration team and various internal and external stakeholders to meet training objectives. Once the synthetic training scenario is designed and built, the Ops Administrators transfers responsibility onto the Professional Interactors (Event Interactors) for training event execution. The Ops Administrators will then work on planning and administration for future training events.When directed by the EXCON / SIMCON Lead, the Assistant Simulation Operator will act in either the Event Support & Administration or Event Interactor role.#LI- KC1# **Worker Type:**Employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
