Kolbe Catholic College is seeking a passionate Sport Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in maximizing student sports participation and fostering their development. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our College's mission of nurturing students' potential. As the Sport Manager, you will lead the delivery of the College’s Sport program, driving excellence, participation, and wellbeing across all levels. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for all SACCSS and College sporting programs, fostering inclusion, achievement, and school spirit. Manage the College’s Sporting Academy, developing talent pathways and external partnerships. Oversee all operational aspects including scheduling, logistics, compliance, and event coordination. Lead, mentor, and support sport coaches and staff to deliver high-quality programs and student experiences. Plan and deliver major sporting events, carnivals, and community initiatives that showcase College pride. Promote the College’s sport achievements through effective communication and community engagement. For a detailed list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached job description. Qualifications and Skills Suitable qualifications and experience in sports coordination or related field. Passion for fostering student development through sports. Strong leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sports safety procedures. Commitment to Catholic ethos and values. This position is open to both teaching and education support staff. Teaching Staff: POL and time allowance to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
