The Opportunity We’re growing and inviting part‑time clinicians (up to 30 hours across 4 days) and contractors (Fridays & Saturdays) to join our team. If you’re a Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who values flexibility, meaningful work, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Providing trauma‑informed therapy to clients referred through Deep Speak Managing your caseload and maintaining ethical documentation Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture Participating in supervision, professional development, and occasional team initiatives Qualifications Registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) (or working towards) Medicare registration and provider number (mandatory) Experience supporting clients with a trauma‑informed, client‑centered approach A warm, grounded, and ethical clinical presence Training or interest in EMDR therapy A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and growth Benefits $50–$110 per hour/session, depending on role type Part‑time employees: from $50/hr + 12% super + PD budget Contractors: $110/session (incl.
