About the role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced audit professional to contribute to the strategic direction and quality of SW’s audit work, in an internal facing position that supports the audit division with audit, risk quality and ethical standards. You will report to the Audit Technical Director and play a key role in enhancing audit quality within our Audit and Assurance team. Key responsibilities Review, refine and improve our current audit methodology and associated internal policies and procedures Simplify, modernise and automate audit processes Assist in the ongoing development of our sustainability methodology and associated audit tools Identify capability needs and provide training/coaching for team members Support the induction/onboarding program for the audit division Work on projects to develop and implement new technology and tools in the audit process Embed data analytics in our audit methodology and processes Skills and experience Minimum 5 years auditing experience, ideally in audit quality CA Qualified Solid understanding of the auditing and ethical standards and a passion for audit quality Open to learning new things, interested in current and developing technologies, and like to think constructively to solve problems Experience in presenting and report writing High levels of attention to detail with a focus on efficiency, compliance and process streamlining Communication skills – demonstrate a strong ability to read, analyse, and communicate written and verbal information Experience in training and audit software tools will be highly regarded Best kept secrets of SW Progressive firm, with excellent career opportunities Hybrid working environment 2 additional AL days per year 18 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 3 weeks for non-primary Refer to client and refer a friend bonus scheme Employee Assistance Program and Wellness perks Assistance with home office setup Social Club Tailored Learning and Development Program Paid Course/study leave 1 paid professional membership per year Weekly lunch provided Luxurious end of trip facilities Apply today Create your own individual story and become a part of ours.
