Due to an internal move, our Emerald service team are looking for a skilled HV Diesel Fitter to ensure our world-class equipment operates safely and efficiently. In this role, you will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing Komatsu's heavy equipment and other machinery, ensuring safety, quality, and operational reliability. Roster: 7 on : 7 off. 12-hour day shifts, occasional night shifts as required. You’ll be responsible for : Performing all work to or above Komatsu shop manual specifications Representing Komatsu with professionalism, and follow site best practices and safety standards with zero compromise Integrating seamlessly into site operations and identifying areas for continuous improvement Understanding and anticipating customer needs - become a trusted, go-to expert Strictly complying with Komatsu’s Golden Rules and all safety protocols Diligently completing and submitting all timesheets, REMAN, and warranty documentation Escalating issues proactively to the right Komatsu or site contacts Thoroughly recording diagnostics, test results, specs, and resources for future reference What you’ll bring : Proven experience as an HV Diesel Fitter in the heavy equipment industry, with a focus on mining equipment, ideally Komatsu machinery. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
