Job details Local role to Gladstone Roster: 6:30am to approximately 4:00pm - 5:00pm Duration: 4-6 weeks About the Role We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Operator / Labourer to support short-term project works across an active construction site. This role will suit candidates with hands‑on civil construction experience who are comfortable operating plant and assisting with general labouring duties as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to working safely in a team‑based environment. Key Responsibilities Operate skid steer and/or excavator machinery in accordance with site requirements Assist with general labouring duties across the project site Support civil construction activities including pipe laying and/or road works Work collaboratively with supervisors and site crews to meet project deadlines Ensure all tasks are completed in line with safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow site procedures, SWMS, and safety directions at all times Essential Skills, Tickets and Experience Current Drivers Licence White Card Skid Steer and/or Excavator Ticket Excavator experience highly regarded Civil construction experience advantageous Pipe laying and/or road works experience desirable Ability to work long hours in a physical, outdoor environment Strong commitment to workplace safety Reliability and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to assist across multiple tasks as required How to Apply Click on the Apply button or for more information please contact: WorkPac Principal Consultant: Call Kayla Royal on or email quoting the below reference number.
