Overview Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance previous defence exp preferred Required Skills and Experience Minimum five years of experience in Configuration Management roles. Hold a firm understanding on the internal workings of Defence ICT. Experience using the Defence Service Management System. Experience using Configuration Management Tools with practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset Management (ITIL V4 practices). Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and Procedures. Practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset management (ITIL V4 practices). Ability to work in a fast based environment across a range of short, medium, and long term priorities. Experience in deploying and using software discovery applications including Defence software audit and compliance processes. Desirable Skills and Experience ITIL foundation, intermediate, or expert certification. Experience using the Defence Service Management System and/or ServiceNow. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
