Job Description Our personal injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Maroochydore Personal Injuries team as a Legal Assistant on a part‑time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be someone who is willing to grow and develop their skills in a busy role. You will use your strong client service skills to support our clients and be in frequent contact with them. Your responsibilities will include answering and managing incoming calls, diary management, file management, preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence, and providing day‑to‑day administrative support. Qualifications If you are a law student or an experienced Legal Assistant looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you Our firm is seeking someone with experience in either plaintiff or defendant law, preferably within a Personal Injuries practice group. We value excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. Our team works in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands, so strong organisational and time management skills are a must. If you’re a team player with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, we would love to hear from you.
