Job Description Our work injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We now have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Trainee Legal Assistant on a part‑time (4 days per week), permanent basis. Answer and manage incoming calls. Greeting clients. Diary management. Assisting with file management. Preparation of correspondence. Providing day‑to‑day administrative support. If you are passionate about helping people when they are going through a hard time, then this is the role for you. Qualifications Experienced Trainee Legal Assistant or someone looking for a new opportunity. Strong customer service skills and admin experience. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Team player in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands. Benefits Ongoing coaching and career development opportunities.
